This cassette tape was included in the April 2016 edition of the now-retired subscription box, IndieBox, which created limited collector's editions of indie games. This cassette was included with the Galak-Z collector's edition.
Galak-Z is a video game, but the text on the case and tape itself are flavored to look like it's the soundtrack for a fictional animated series.
On a red-colored cassette, with pictures of the two main characters.
